These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by IFKEES LTD, registered in Bulgaria (UIC: 208715371), located at 1 Skat St, fl. 5, apt. 13 E, Sveti Vlas 8256, Bulgaria.

1. Services Provided

IFKEES LTD provides professional website design and development services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Process and Payment Terms

Our engagement follows a strict four-step process: Inquiry → Brief → Invoice → 7-Day Delivery. Full payment is required after the brief is approved and the invoice is issued, in order to secure your project slot. Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final once work has commenced.

3. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Upon full payment and final delivery, you own 100% of the website files and content provided. IFKEES LTD retains the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio and promotional materials.

4. Revisions and Scope

One round of design revisions is included during the initial concept phase. Requests outside the agreed scope or additional revisions will be subject to a separate hourly fee.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.
